Member Agreement & Acknowledgment

Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms.

1. This is an Opt-In CSA

I understand that this CSA does not provide automatic weekly bouquets.

To receive flowers, I must:

  • Read the weekly “What’s Blooming” email

  • Actively opt in by the stated deadline to claim a bouquet

If I do not opt in, I will not receive a bouquet that week, and my credits will remain unused.

2. Bouquet Availability Is Limited

I understand that:

  • Weekly bouquet quantities are limited and based on real-time field conditions

  • Bouquets are offered first come, first served

  • Once the weekly cap is reached, additional requests move to a waitlist

Purchasing credits does not guarantee a bouquet in any specific week.

3. Credits & Usage

I understand that:

  • 1 credit = 1 bouquet

  • I may use one credit per week

  • Credits are valid only during the 2026 CSA season (April - September)

  • Credits do not roll over and are nonrefundable

Unused credits help fund the growing season and Kind Hearts Bloom’s community programs.

4. Seasonal & Specialty Flowers

I understand that:

  • Flowers are seasonal and variable

  • Not every week will offer the same type, size, or style of bouquet

  • Specialty blooms (such as peonies) are limited and shared as fairly as possible

  • Some weeks may offer fewer or no CSA bouquets depending on growing conditions

This CSA reflects the realities of small-scale, seasonal flower farming.

5. Pickup Responsibility

I understand that:

  • Pickup details and timing are shared in weekly emails

  • Bouquets are available after 11:00am on Tuesdays and Fridays

  • Missed pickups cannot be remade or credited

6. Purpose of the CSA

I understand that:

  • CSA revenue is paid upfront and supports the organization as a whole

  • Funds are used for seeds, soil, volunteer coordination, and free kindness bouquets

  • My membership supports Kind Hearts Bloom’s nonprofit mission, not just paid bouquet.

7. Acknowledgment

By completing this purchase, I confirm that:

  • I understand this is a flexible, opt-in CSA

  • I understand that weekly participation is my responsibility

  • I agree to the terms outlined above
