Our Bloom Offerings

Flexible Bouquet CSA

Enjoy seasonal flowers without a weekly commitment! Our Flexible Bouquet CSA lets you purchase bouquet credits and choose which weeks to receive flowers during the 2026 season (April - September).

Each week, we’ll email members with what’s blooming and how many bouquets are available. You must opt in each week to claim a bouquet. Quantities are limited and first come, first served.

Flexible Bouquet CSA FAQ

  • A Flower Bouquet CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a subscription where you pre-pay for bunches of fresh, locally grown flowers. This supports the farm’s upfront costs like seeds. Our CSA is a credit-based structure. Instead of getting flowers every week, you purchase bouquet credits and choose which weeks you want flowers during the season.

  • The 2026 season runs from April 13 through September 28.

Flowers are seasonal, so availability varies throughout the season.

    • 1 credit = 1 bouquet

    • Credits can be used anytime during the 2026 season

    • You decide which weeks to use your credits

    • Credits are $30 each and sold in tiered bundles

  • Each week:

    1. We send an email sharing what’s blooming and how many bouquets are available

    2. You must fill out a short opt-in form to claim a bouquet

    3. Bouquets are first come, first served

    4. Once the weekly cap is reached, remaining requests go to a waitlist

If you don’t opt in, you won’t receive a bouquet that week—and your credits stay saved.

  • Yes. Members may receive one bouquet per week, even if they have multiple credits.

This helps us share flowers fairly and protect our growing capacity.

  • The season changes as flowers bloom:

    • April: Fancy daffodils

    • Late spring / early summer: Feature bouquets (including limited peonies)

    • July–August: Peak mixed bouquets

    • September: Wind-down weeks

Not every week will look the same, and that’s part of the design.

  • No. Peonies and other specialty blooms are limited and shared as fairly as possible. Additional limits may apply during peak demand weeks.

  • Pickup is available after 10:30am Tuesday and Friday at Kind Hearts Bloom HQ (1112 Barber Terrace NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504)

Pickup details are included in weekly emails.

  • If you don’t opt in by the weekly deadline:

    • You won’t receive a bouquet that week

    • Your credits remain available for future weeks

    • We cannot retroactively add you once the cap is reached

  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer makeup bouquets for missed pickups. This helps keep the program manageable for our small team and volunteers.

  • No.

    • Credits are valid only for the 2026 season
