DIY Event Flower Buckets

Fresh, Seasonal Blooms – Grown by Community, Shared with Purpose

Kind Hearts Bloom offers DIY flower buckets for events of all kinds—birthdays, memorials, showers, business gatherings, and more. Every stem is grown in our Neighborhood Blooms gardens in Grand Rapids, MI, and 100% of your payment supports our nonprofit’s programs focused on gardening, connection, and neighbor-to-neighbor care.

DIY EVENT FLOWER BUCKETS

How It Works

  • Pickup only from our Westside Grand Rapids flower stand

  • Flowers are freshly harvested, conditioned, and ready to arrange

  • 1 bucket = approx. 4–6 small arrangements or 1–2 large ones

  • Available July through September, weather permitting

  • We recommend arranging your flowers within 24 hours of pickup for best results

  • Bring a clean vehicle and containers if you won’t be transferring flowers immediately

  • Bulk availability is limited—please book early to reserve your date!

Booking Timeline

  • Inquire at least 4–6 weeks in advance

  • Final confirmation 10–14 days before your event

  • Pickup available 1–2 days prior to your celebration

Tax Disclaimer:
Kind Hearts Bloom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. However, CSA purchases (including individual and business bouquet subscriptions) and Event Flower Buckets are not tax-deductible, as you are receiving goods in return.

If you are purchasing a Business Bloom Package that includes a philanthropic sponsorship (such as the Grow Forward Fund Sponsor tier), any amount paid above the fair market value of the flowers may be tax-deductible. We are happy to provide a receipt outlining the estimated fair market value upon request.
